OFFICES (Edif Vitruvio 2 first floor, Calle 9 de Calacoto corner Sanchez Bustamante. WE ARE

To book an appointment for the Santa Cruz Visa Application Center, you must send an email to
info.vvi@blshelpline.com or visit our offices located at Edif Torre Equipetrol, 10th floor,
Calle San Martin, almost 2nd Ring.
To book an appointment at the Spanish Visa application Center in Santa Cruz and at the Visa
Application Center in La Paz please book it on this web page
BLS Employee must provide receipt for all the services availed and paid at BLS Spain Visa
Application Centre. Please write to feedback.lm@blsinternational.net if you have not received
receipt for any payments made in the Spain Visa Application Centre.

BLS Spain Visa Application Centre does not provide any other services apart from reception and
processing of Spanish visa applications as authorised by Ministry of Foreign Affairs, Spain.
